Why vape CBD?
When vaping, CBD enters the bloodstream through the lungs, so your body absorbs more of it and effects arrive much quicker than with CBD oil. We’ve covered the science in our guide to CBD bioavailability.
How many puffs of CBD should I take?
Start with 2-3 puffs and wait a few minutes — vaped CBD works quickly, so you can adjust (“titrate”) your dose puff by puff until you find your level. As a guide, a 2-3 second puff of our 500mg e-liquid delivers well under 1mg of CBD, so there’s plenty of headroom within the Food Standards Agency’s recommended maximum of 70mg of CBD per day.
How often should you vape CBD?
There’s no single right answer — some customers prefer a few puffs at set points in the day, others reach for their vape as and when they need it. Whichever suits you, keep an eye on your rough daily total across all your CBD products and stay within the FSA’s 70mg daily guidance. If you’re using CBD for general wellbeing rather than fast relief, a daily CBD oil may be the more consistent option.
How do I control dosage with CBD vape?
A 1ml tank filled with our 1000mg CBD vape e-liquid contains 33mg of CBD. This is equivalent to a medium daily dosage and may last anywhere from 100-300 puffs depending on your usage. Our CBD Dosage Guide goes deeper.
How much CBD is in a puff of vape?
Estimated 0.2mg CBD per 2-3 second puff (100 puffs per 1ml).
Can I put nicotine in my CBD vape e-liquid?
Yes, although we wouldn’t advise this as you may limit the wellness benefits of vaping CBD.
Which tank or device should I use — and will CBD affect my coils?
Any clean, refillable tank or pod device works. Vape CBD at a lower temperature and wattage than regular e-liquids: it’s smoother, and it limits the impact of crystalline CBD on your tank and coils, which can otherwise cause more wear. If in doubt, speak to a member of our team.
What flavours do your CBD e-liquids come in?
Eight, as of August 2026: Grape, Banana, Cherry, Blue Raspberry, Sour Blue Raspberry, Watermelon, Peppermint and Mixed Berry — all 500mg per 30ml bottle, with Peppermint and Mixed Berry also available in 1000mg. See the full range in our CBD vape collection.
Where do your e-liquids come from?
We manufacture them ourselves at our facility in York Science Park, starting from hemp grown on our own farm, and each product is independently lab tested — so we’re confident in the quality of every bottle.
One thing to remember: CBD oil tinctures should never be vaped. CBD oil usually contains coconut oil or other carrier oils, which are not intended to be inhaled. Our CBD vape e-liquids have been developed specifically for vaping — our guide Can You Vape CBD? explains the difference.
