CBD cream is sometimes referred to as ‘hemp cream’, however not all hemp cream contains CBD, the primary active ingredient, so it may have limited benefits for joint relief.

How to use our CBD cream

For a small area, such as the hand or wrist, a pea-sized amount is all you need. For larger areas, such as the back, you can increase the amount as needed, working it into the affected area.
