To take CBD oil, simply fill the dropper to the desired quantity and squeeze under the tongue. Hold under the tongue for up to a minute before swallowing. This delivery method is known as “sublingual”.
All HempWell pure and broad spectrum CBD oils come with a graduated pipette (or “dropper”). This allows users to accurately control CBD dosage. You’ll also find the “mg per ml” described on the bottle, so you know exactly how much oil to use. If you’re not sure what dose to take, then this dosage guide might come in handy.
Other ways to take CBD Oil
The great thing about CBD oil is that it is so versatile. It’s super easy to incorporate the goodness of CBD into your everyday life without having to change your whole routine! Why not try adding your measured dose of CBD oil to your morning orange juice or cup of tea.
Pure CBD oils are virtually tasteless (unless you choose to purchase a flavoured oil) so they can easily be added to protein shakes or hot beverages. Adding CBD oil to your existing routine is a great way to boost your cannabinoid levels without any fuss whatsoever! Pure CBD oils are often called “isolate” oils, as they contain pure crystalline CBD isolate.
For those that really enjoy the taste of hemp (which is often described as an earthy, nutty tone) broad spectrum CBD oils are a great natural source of cannabinoids. Broad spectrum CBD also contains a range of other cannabinoids.
HempWell oils are created from CBD distillate which is extracted from plants grown on our farm in the EU. If you’re still unclear on the difference between pure isolate and broad spectrum CBD oil, we have resources to support you. You can also use the chat box at the bottom of the screen to speak with us if you have any questions.
What strength of CBD Oil should I take?
That depends on a variety of factors, for example your body weight. If you’re taking CBD for pain you may wish to use a stronger oil for a higher dose. A good starting point is with a 1500mg CBD oil. A full pipette would contain 50mg CBD. From there you could increase or decrease your dosage to suit your needs.
There are also multiple flavours of CBD oil available. For broad spectrum CBD oils this can help to mask the hempy taste (which can be unpleasant for some!) while for the relatively tasteless pure CBD oils this serves as an added bonus.
