How to take CBD Oil

To take CBD oil, simply fill the dropper to the desired quantity and squeeze under the tongue. Hold under the tongue for up to a minute before swallowing. This delivery method is known as “sublingual”.

All HempWell pure and broad spectrum CBD oils come with a graduated pipette (or “dropper”). This allows users to accurately control CBD dosage. What strength of CBD Oil should I take?

That depends on a variety of factors, for example your body weight. If you’re taking CBD for pain you may wish to use a stronger oil for a higher dose. A good starting point is with a 1500mg CBD oil. A full pipette would contain 50mg CBD. From there you could increase or decrease your dosage to suit your needs.

There are also multiple flavours of CBD oil available. For broad spectrum CBD oils this can help to mask the hempy taste (which can be unpleasant for some!) while for the relatively tasteless pure CBD oils this serves as an added bonus.
