Legal CBD: HempWell Officially on the Government List of Approved Retailers

We’re pleased to announce that the full range of HempWell legal CBD edible products has been included on the Food Standards Agency’s published list last week. This list details legal CBD brands that are compliant with the ongoing FSA Novel Foods regulatory process and we hope this step forwards will provide much needed reassurance to consumers looking for safe, high-quality and trustworthy legal CBD in the UK.

This means that our organically-grown, UK-manufactured legal CBD products continue to surpass the highest standards set by the UK government (FSA). As a result, we now stand within a small consolidated group of approved companies legally authorized to sell legal CBD products in the United Kingdom.

This application process has not been easy and we still have a way to go before the CBD industry is fully regulated, but throughout this process we have remained legal, compliant and steadfast in our belief that when this industry is regulated, HempWell will be at the forefront of British legal CBD.

The plague of untrustworthy CBD companies in the UK is ending. The time for empowered consumers with the choice of only ethical brands with premium products is finally here.
