How to Use

Broad Spectrum CBD Oil 1500mg / 10ml sample size: Squeeze the top of the pipette to draw up the oil and measure the desired amount (e.g. 0.4ml). For best results place the oil under your tongue and hold it for one minute to absorb. Any remaining oil can be swallowed or washed down with water. Taking it sublingually allows faster absorption into the bloodstream and prevents loss through digestion.
Alternatively you can mix the oil into beverages like tea, coffee or smoothies for a more enjoyable experience. This method helps mask the taste but may cause a thin layer of oil to form if using higher amounts (e.g. 1ml), making sublingual use more effective.

CBD Cooling Muscle & Joint Cream 1000mg / 50ml sample size: Dispense a half or full pump of the cream either onto your hands or directly onto the affected area. Gently massage the cream into the skin until fully absorbed. The cream can be used multiple times a day. We recommend using this cream before you head out for the day and in the evenings to ease recovery.
