How to Use

Squeeze the top of the pipette to draw up the oil and measure the desired amount (e.g. 0.4ml). For best results place the oil under your tongue and hold it for one minute to absorb.
Dispense a half or full pump of the cream either onto your hands or directly onto the affected area. Gently massage the cream into the skin until fully absorbed. The cream can be used multiple times a day. We recommend using this cream before you head out for the day and in the evenings to ease recovery.
