How do I take CBD Oil?
You’ll find our CBD oils in bottles featuring our unique graduated pipette.Once you have determined your dose in ml (don’t worry, the numbers are on the bottle!) you can use the pipette to measure an accurate measurement for dosage. The most common approach is to drop the oil under the tongue (sublingually) where it is then absorbed by the membrane and enters your bloodstream quicker and more efficiently than by digestion alone. After leaving it there for 30-60 seconds you can always wash it down with a drink, or simply add it straight to your beverage if you prefer! Read our dosage guide here for more information.
What are the benefits of CBD?

What strength CBD oil should I use?
It depends on what you’re taking it for. If you’re looking to have CBD help treat mild conditions, or improve your general wellness and natural balance, then a lower dose of 500 mg - 1500 mg would be perfect. What does CBD oil taste like?
Like very mild olive oil.Our CBD isolate is so pure it’s essentially flavourless, so the only flavour comes from our organic filtered hemp seed oil it’s mixed into. The oil itself tastes like a mild olive oil, but we also offer peppermint and mixed berry flavours.
Is CBD safe to use?
CBD is completely safe.Our CBD isolate has a guaranteed purity of at least 99.9%. We extract our CBD from hemp we grow ourselves, so we know exactly what it’s made of! How does CBD make you feel?

Is CBD oil vegan?
Yes.Containing only MCT, hemp seed oil and pure CBD isolate, our CBD oil is 100% vegan, this is the case with many of our products. Environmental sustainability is really important to us, with our vegan products an inherent result of this.
What’s the difference between full spectrum, broad spectrum, and isolate?
The types of cannabinoids in the product. A raw hemp extract is a honey-like substance that contains many compounds from the plant, or “cannabinoids”, CBD is just one of these. This raw extract is known as “full-spectrum”. After removing the THC you are left with “broad-spectrum” which contains a range of non-psychoactive cannabinoids. From this honey-like resin you can extract the pure CBD crystal; this is known as CBD isolate.
Can I take CBD if I don’t have anxiety/pain/insomnia?

Does CBD make you high?
No.CBD is non-psychoactive and will not induce a high at any quantity. Due to CBDs role in helping your body achieve it’s natural balance, it may offer a calming effect. THC is the psychoactive counterpart of CBD, which has been removed in our products.
Will CBD make you fail a drug test?
No. CBD is completely legal and does not flag as an illicit compound. THC is an illegal compound but the THC has been removed in our products. Armed forces drugs tests may differ slightly from universal tests, so we would always advise doing your own research if required.
Is CBD legal in the UK?
CBD is legal in the UK. UK regulations state that CBD oil is legal so long as it contains no THC. Our CBD is regularly checked by third party labs to make sure our products are safe and legal. What time of day should I take CBD oil?
