Pick a time of the month that suits you. If you would like to change your renewal date, please contact us and we can do this for you, no problem at all.
If you would like to pause your subscription, please contact us and we can do this for you by delaying your next renewal date. Please ensure that all pauses or cancellations are done at least 24 hours before the next payment date.
If you would like to pause your subscription indefinitely, and are unsure when you may wish to resume, please request that your subscription be cancelled and simply re-subscription in the future when you wish to resume.
The minimum term for each subscription is 3 months (6 months for bi-monthly subscriptions) – after this time you can pause or cancel with no penalties or charges. Please note that your subscription payments will continue as normal after the 3 month minimum term unless you inform us otherwise.
If you would like to cancel for whatever reason, please let us know, we can then close your subscription for you.
A cancellation or pause (unless otherwise agreed) before the minimum term may incur a fee of the discounted 20% RRP not paid.
