Our CBD oils and other food supplements are approved by the UK Food Standards Agency and are legal food supplements in the UK. Our products are regularly tested by third-parties to ensure quality and consistency. Our topical CBD products all have a valid CPSR certificate and have been third-party tested.

Medical CBD Products in Australia
Looking at the ≥98% CBD medical cannabis products approved for prescription could give a good indicator as to the strengths of CBD product considered safe for use. Please note that these are medically licensed schedule 4 prescription only products, but provide a good framework for identifying safe products that are available for general sale. CBD oils, creams and other CBD products are not currently available for general sale in Australia. However, CBD is not illegal and can be purchased over-the-counter. An interim decision was made to move CBD to schedule 3 resulting in this status. There are however, certain stipulations for products falling under this tier, for example:
- The maximum recommended daily dose is 60 mg or less of cannabidiol; and
- in packs containing not more than 30 days’ supply
