Our 10mg Sleep Aid CBD tablets are easy to swallow and allow for accurate dosage. Each tablet contains 5-HTP which is an amino acid that converts into serotonin that is thought to increase the body's melatonin levels. Also containing lavender which is an age-old remedy for restful sleep. 

10mg CBD per tablet, totalling 300mg CBD per bottle in 30 tablets.
